  1.  Command: Mode               Syntax:  Mode <channel> <mode>
  2. Function: This will change what the mode enforcement of a channel 
  3.    is.  The bot will do everything in its power to enforce these 
  4.    modes.  You must have the 'Join/Leave Bot' permission in order 
  5.    to use this command.
